My client is a Branded Bar / Restaurant chain looking for an assistant manager to join their busy team. Working in Liverpool, I am looking for an existing assistant manager or someone from a similar restaurant/bar background who has got presence and bags of personality.

You will spend a lot of time out on the floor dealing with the day-to-day operations answering customer queries and looking after staff and customer satisfaction. The role will also require you to look after the F&B quality, service quality, maintenance & cleaning and also have good commercial acumen as you will be responsible for payroll, cashing-up systems and procedures and keeping on top of budgets and targets.

Well known in the industry, you will be looking for a role where you will be working hands on in this high volume bar & restaurant, and you need to have experience of dealing with all types of customers.

Ideally you will have a background in a branded organisation but this is not essential if you have the right personality and can command the floor.
