up to £25K basic OTE £28K

This is a once in a lifetime opportunity to work in a fantastic Sports Venue with a diverse range of Meetings and Events facilities. You will have the opportunity to receive great training and development prospects along with a fantastic basic salary and benefits.

We are looking for an extremely energetic and enthusiastic individual who has a proven track record in this area or a similar conference and banqueting business and with preferably with some knowledge of trends/markets in Scotland. The main areas of revenue generation will be with the Corporate and Agent Market so experience of these areas is essential.

You will have regular contact with a number of Senior level staff throughout the contract catering company, who manage the C&B at the venue, so communication and cross selling is vital. You will be target driven and always look to exceed in whatever you set your mind to, including thinking outside the box in terms of ways to bring in new business. Sales & Marketing plans, implementing procedures & standards, cold calling and account management will all be things that are second nature to you.
