GOLF CENTRE MANAGER,
MIDDLESEX/SURREY BORDER,
up to £35K basic plus good bonus

Our client is an very busy pay and play site offering a very competitive basic salary with a realistic and highly achievable OTE with huge potential to further your career. We are looking for a highly skilled manager who has a hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality, leisure and golf who understands managing a business through sales, secondary spend and delivery of outstanding customer service.

You must be able to demonstrate experience in monitoring and driving forward a number of different revenue streams in particular the food & beverage. Knowledge of P&L's is essential and your commercial acumen must be good. We are looking for evidence of excellent people management skills and a strong character who can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues.

The right candidate will be someone who can turn this site around from the secondary spend side, as the golf side is very successful. Ideally I am looking for a keen golfer and someone who has worked in a golf operation before, due to someone needing to understand specific golf culture for this particular site.

The most important skills needed though is a proven track record with Food & Beverage operations and conferencing and banqueting. If you are able to work flexible hours and meet the needs of the business then this is the job for you
