GOLF CLUB GENERAL MANAGER

up to £45K basic OTE circa £60-70K

Our client is one of the market leaders offering a very competitive basic salary with a realistic and highly achievable OTE with huge potential to further your career in this beautiful Golf Club. We are looking for a highly skilled general manager who has a hands-on approach with a passion for hospitality in particular and golf who understands managing a business through sales, secondary spend and delivery of outstanding customer service.

There is a particularly large turnover in the F&B department so experience in this area is essential. You must be able to demonstrate experience in monitoring and driving forward a number of different revenue streams particularly on the function and golf membership side. Knowledge of P&L's is essential and your commercial acumen must be good.

We are looking for evidence of excellent people management skills and a strong character who can deal with the pressures of day-to-day operational issues. Ideally I am looking for a keen golfer and the need to understand golf culture. You must be dynamic in personality and hungry to achieve.
