Our Client is the leading Premium Health and Racquet Club Operator with clubs Worldwide. It is seen by many as the operator of choice because of its excellent staff development programme and genuine desire to provide a high quality service to its members.

We are currently looking for General Managers throughout the south east of England who have an outstanding management track record either at a regional or large single site level, who are accustomed to driving multiple revenue streams in a customer facing based operation.

We are not just looking for a good business manager, but a personality, who has the skills and charisma to motivate and nurture their team, and a willingness to engage with members and strive for service excellence.
