The UK’s leading family health and racquet operator is currently looking for a strong man-manager to take responsibility for the sports and fitness programming at a flagship site in Kent.

As Sports and Fitness Manager you will have responsibility for the fitness department, studios, tennis facilities, kids activities and swimming pool programme and the personnel within them. You will look after all programming including group exercise, junior and adult tennis, kids activities and swimming, and you will also drive personal training participation. You will consistently strive to generate revenue in these areas by providing the right services at the right times at the highest standard possible.

Your team is integral to achieving success in these areas, and as the manager of 6 departments you will need outstanding organisational skills and an inspiring personality to take the business forward. We are looking for an experienced manager with a proven track record in driving multiple revenue streams, managing large teams and an in depth knowledge of the health and fitness market.
