As Health and Fitness Director for this premium health club you will have full financial and operational responsibility for the fitness product, ensuring service delivery exceeds the members expectations.

With 5000 members, a 12-strong gym team, extensive studio timetable and a busy swimming programme, the post holder will have no shortage of challenges. Driving income through personal training and swimming lessons will be key, managing and developing your gym team, implementing member retention strategies and maintaining operational excellence are all fundamental components of the role.

To apply for the post, you will be an existing manager from within the health and fitness industry looking for the next step or a new challenge. You will have strong man-management skills, good commercial acumen and excellent organisational skills. Ideally you will also be qualified to REPS level 3.

Our client is an independent operator who offers excellent ongoing training, and with more clubs opening in 2008 there will be opportunities to progress within the organisation.
