Your role will be the key link between the club and its members, you will be responsible for communicating with members on a regular basis, organising events and responding to member feedback and queries and as such you'll need to be extremely proactive, personable and be very approachable within the club.

The successful candidate will need to be strong analytically, be able to analyse
reports and plan strategically to ensure the highest levels of customer care and member satisfaction. This is a well established premium racquets club and as such I am looking for an experienced professional to take on this role.
