If the answer to either of these questions is yes, my client will be keen to meet you.

I am looking for sales managers that are capable of selling from the front, but also leading and mentoring existing sales teams. You should understand how to manage a sales team to consistently achieve targets. Closing ratios and call numbers should be KPI management tools that you are familiar with, and you should understand the need to monitor your sales teams closely to achieve their targets.

You will be expected to sell to both the corporate and residential markets, and not be afraid of developing new ideas to market your products.
