The role is your opportunity to further develop this premier operator's position as market leader by delivering and exceeding targets over many sites.

You will need to develop effective succession plans by supporting the recruitment, coaching and development of Regional and Sales and Marketing Managers across the group.

The ability to develop and translate strategy into practical action plans, run and maintain effective systems and processes is essential.As such you will currently be a hard-hitting senior multi-site sales director who is commercially astute and has worked within a predominantly sales and service orientated business (leisure, hotels, retail, financial services).

Due to mentoring and motivation of a large number of staff, we are looking for a strong and inspirational character who will also be able to influence decisions at board level. As reward for your success there will be industry leading remuneration package + equity.
